Is this a one-time payment or a subscription model?
This is a one-time payment only. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions, just a single payment for lifetime access.
How do I download my purchase?
Right after checkout, you’ll receive an email with a "Access Download" button to download the PDF which contain clickable links to access your templates. You can also download it instantly from the confirmation page after purchase.
Can I use the templates on multiple devices?
Yes! Once downloaded, you can use your template on any device that supports Google Sheets or Excel (Excel version is available only for specific templates and require updated version of Excel or Office 365).
Do I need a specific software to use the templates?
All templates work on Google Sheets (free to use) and some also work with Microsoft Excel (as stated in the product details). You don’t need paid software to use them (Excel require updated version or Office 365)!
Do I need a Google account to use the templates?
Yes, a free Google account is required to access and edit Google Sheets templates. If you don’t have one, you can sign up at Google Account
What formats are your spreadsheets available in?
Our templates are available in Google Sheets and, for selected templates, Microsoft Excel. Each product listing specifies which formats are included. Upon purchase, you'll receive a PDF with clickable links to access the template in the appropriate format. If you're unsure whether a specific template includes an Excel version, check the product details or reach out to us!
How long do I have access to the template?
Forever! Once you download it or make your own copy, you have lifetime access and can use it as much as you want.
How do I access the template again if I lose the download?
No problem! If you ever lose your file, just contact us with your order details, and we’ll resend your access link.
What if I didn’t receive the email with the download link?
Check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes emails land there. If you still can't find it, reach out to us, and we'll resend your link.
Are the templates suitable for beginners?
Yes! Each template comes with a step-by-step guide, and we’ve designed them to be simple, intuitive, and easy to use—even if you’re new to spreadsheets.
